    Surround your wrist with the thumb and middle finger of your other hand.
    Observe how the fingers relate:

    • Ectomorph: Fingers can easily be crossed.
    • Mesomorphs: Fingers have toes that touch each other without any room or overlap.
    • Endomorph: The fingers do not extend to touch each other.

    1. Ectomorph.
